There is still more to do in Southern California…

Today is the final day of October and I have written everyday. I’m so glad it is done and that I completed the challenge. It was definitely tough, but worth it. I have spent the last 31 days writing about things to do in the Southern California area and I still have more places to visit. Some we have been to, others are still on the list. My plan moving forward is to post once or twice a month with travel information. I have really enjoyed sharing my travel experiences and have so much more to share.

What other great things are there to do in the Southern California area that I missed?

I hope you have enjoyed traveling with me around Southern California and if you missed a day you can see all of them here. The thing I learned my the most from this series is how much my husband and I love to travel. And how having kids hasn’t stopped us from traveling, it has just changed how we do it.
Having fun in Southern California at the Hollywood Bowl for Nightmare Before Christmas

Just do it…

For example, last night we went to see Nightmare Before Christmas at the Hollywood Bowl. We were the annoying people who brought our children and at first I thought it was going to be a disaster, but when the movie finally started the kids were so good. Jacob wanted to move the first half, but passed out after intermission. And Luke, who loves Nightmare Before Christmas, sat still for the whole movie. He made friends with the two ladies sitting behind us. Riding to the event I was worried it would be a disaster, but by the end of the night I was ready to go back.
